Cancellation Policy

You will need a credit card to make an appointment which will be used only in the event of a no show or a last-minute cancellation in which you will be charge 25% of the services booked.

All hands and feet work are guaranteed for 48 hours free of charge and should be notified to the salon.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment can be cancelled or adjusted to the services permitted within your booking time.
